Returns & Refunds — Blessed Assurance

Your Right to Return

If your purchase is not what you hoped for, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

* the piece has not been worn or used • it shows no signs of wear or damage • all original tags and packaging remain intact • it comes back to us in the same condition it arrived in • you provide a valid tracking number for the return shipment

Items that arrive used, damaged, altered or incomplete cannot be accepted or refunded.

Every return must first be approved in writing by our support team before it is sent back. Packages mailed without prior authorization may be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Defective Pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Include in your message:

* your order number • a clear description of the problem • clear photos of the piece and its packaging

We may ask for additional details if needed to review your case.

If the defect cannot be reasonably verified, or turns out to be the result of misuse, normal wear, or handling after delivery, we are not obligated to offer a refund or replacement.

Received the Wrong Item?

Mistakes are rare, but they happen. If the piece you received is not the one you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

* your order number • the name of the item you ordered • the name of the item you received • clear photos of what arrived

If a returned item does not match the claim submitted, we reserve the right to decline the request.

Return Shipping Costs

When a return is for personal reasons (change of mind, ordering error, wrong size, etc.), the cost of return shipping is fully the customer's responsibility.

All returns must travel with a tracked shipping service. Returns sent without a valid tracking number will not qualify for a refund.

Blessed Assurance cannot take responsibility for return shipments that are lost, damaged or arrive incomplete. We strongly recommend using a reliable courier and keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds

A refund is issued only once the returned piece has been received, inspected and approved by our team. After approval, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

If a piece has lost value due to use, damage or missing components, we reserve the right to decline the refund or reduce the amount in proportion to that loss of value.

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. Once a refund has left our side, we are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Because every order is passed to our fulfillment system immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If a customer refuses delivery of a package, that customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling and return logistics costs that result.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

Blessed Assurance takes fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to:

* decline returns in cases of repeated, suspicious or abusive behavior • restrict or permanently close a customer account • seek compensation in the event of an abusive or fraudulent payment dispute (chargeback) • report suspected fraud to payment providers, the relevant authorities or consumer protection agencies

Where fraud is suspected, we may require additional identity verification or proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any refund or return.

Customers who file false claims, open unjustified chargebacks or engage in any form of return fraud may be permanently barred from our store and reported to the appropriate authorities.
